Since 1987, Precision Roofing Services has been installing commercial and industrial flat roof systems. We are one of the best known commercial and industrial roofing contractors in Sheboygan County for new construction, reroofs, metal retrofit, repair and maintenance.
Starting in 2007, Precision Roofing earned the Elite Contractor Award from Duro-Last for exceptional grades on installation quality and attention to detail.
Each year the Precision team has either continued to earn that award or advance. The most recent status achieved was Platinum Contractor. Only the top 3% of roofing contractors earn this award by consistently installing the highest quality roofing systems. Precision has historically earned a 98 out of 100 grade for quality installation.
As a family-owned and operated business, Precision Roofing employs a crew who strictly adheres to OSHA standards, works efficiently, and respects you and your business and property. We are proud of each completed roof we have the opportunity to install.
We contract with an outside safety company to assure we stay current and are in compliance with all OSHA regulations. A representative from that company visits each roofing project site and inspects and observes safety procedures. Each roofing project has a specific written safety plan that includes details about the building and surrounding area. Monthly safety training and weekly toolbox talks by job foremen assure the entire Precision Roofing installation team is following the appropriate safety procedures.
We perform a complete rooftop assessment to identify the best repair or replacement solution.
We propose optimal materials and precise details tailored to your budget and project needs.
Materials are ordered per job. Our trained crew manages the complete install with expert care.
A final, multi-point inspection ensures full warranty protection for your long-term investment.
