South Pier Drive Condos (Multi-Unit): This 14,000 square foot project required special attention to detail due to the sloped nature of the rooftop access for homeowners. Thin strips of membrane roofing were installed above seven patios, requiring expert finishing for each.
Comar (Industrial): For companies with large building footprints, long-term budgeting is key. We reroofed portions of Comar’s main building in 2013 and 2016, with the remaining 95,000 square foot portion projected to be completed over the next ten years as part of a long-term plan.
For metal retrofit projects, we install custom foam strips between the metal flutes to create the flat surface required for the PVC membrane.
